Having opened 14 offices across Australia and growing to 130 staff in just over 2 years, Ephram has led Collar® to hit milestone after milestone in record time, with Collar® most recently being recognised as “Recruitment Agency of the Year” by APAC Insider Awards, 2023. Having lived in England, Jordan, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Australia, Ephram has developed extensive recruitment experience internationally. His successful career has seen him place 10,000 people into permanent jobs and over 25,000 people into temporary assignments at every level of the Mining, Oil and Gas, Engineering, Construction, Aged Care, Health Care and Facilities Management Industries. However, Ephram’s most impressive and impactful quality is his passion for people. Ephram was recently awarded and recognised as “CEO of the Year 2023 – Highly Commended” by The CEO Magazine ANZ. As a 20-year industry leader, he has built Collar® on the very foundation that recruitment must be done differently, and still leads from the front. He plays an active role in every client engagement, and personally maintains authentic connections with many of Collar’s candidates.
