Frederik Fahning is the co-founder and managing director of Zenjob - a digital staffing platform that matches temporary student workers and other side jobbers with companies. Since its founding in 2015, Zenjob has placed more than 25,000 students per month in sectors such as logistics, events, retail and gastronomy in 36 German cities and the Netherlands. Frederik Fahning speaks passionately about how he wants to break up the rigid structures of the labor market with Zenjob and offer a new work model that provides more flexibility for everyone. Through his law studies, he gained professional experience in legal foundations that can be used to better adapt the world of work to the needs of employees. Furthermore, he deals with questions concerning fair platform economy and the future of work.
