Rika Coppens is the CEO of House of HR, a specialized Consulting and Staffing group with operations across Europe. House of HR’s 2024 motto “We zig where others zag” gives you an idea why I knew right away that Rika would be a great part of a panel that talks about bold predictions for 2024. I get to work with Rika and the House of HR in my function as an independent board member and I can tell you that House of HR meetings are hardly ever boring! Rika is based in Belgium.
